Commentary
Just as in any "war" it is a known fact there will be casualties, however the type of casualties from the war of "Good and Evil" are far different then what we as mortals have been familiar with. Being aware of the ramifications from this war are beneficial to those having the needed insight. The great tragedy is so many people have lived and died not ever knowing that this war exists. Perhaps for some in the final days, or moments of their lives they may have seriously contemplated the purpose of their very existence. The question becomes why is it that so many people consider the deeper issues of life when there is no time left to make a beneficial difference?
Well the facts are many worldly distractions are put in the way keeping many from focusing on, and addressing the issues involved in making a difference in one's own fate. Ethics is an extremely underrated commodity, and referring to ethics as a commodity is simply to make light of the fact that it has tremendous value. In a society that places such high value on materialistic things, one may not realize the long-term durable wealth and value that is attained though ethics.
The whole point is the Lord needs reasons to place ones name in the Lamb's book of life. It has been already written that the Lord has no pleasure in the destruction of the living, but in one's life if there is not enough "Good works" to place someone among the eternally living who's to blame? Doing what's "right" in a world such as this is not always easy, and the old cliche "no good deed goes unpunished" is not without some truth. Far too many never really consider ethics when tested with the idolatrous notion "Money talks". Few consider the long terms consequences of being bribed away from integrity, and corruption at this point in time seems natural.
In the most significant move forward in the history of the world, mankind taking a giant leap forward, becoming incorruptible, glorified, and immortal will also have a tremendous cost. It seems the most monumental steps forward have the highest cost in terms of lives. However the casualties in the war of "Good and Evil" will still have a function, they/casualties being the living dead will have their trifling existence serving as a warning to future generations showing the consequences of unethical conduct. Satan's tools and tricks have deceived, and will continue to deceive a great number of people, and each individual has to determine whether they will strive against being one of the unfortunate.
Is it not the case that our lives as common mortals viewed from the eyes of wisdom is really preliminary; even probationary? Are we not tested by the forces of evil to determine if one can be found worthy of having an permanent existence among the forces of good? Is it not true that huge trade-offs exist in terms of our preliminary, and permanent existence based on ethics? The solution for all the evils of the world has already been foretold. In that day (near future) the money will be worthless, and ones good works will be the standard for determining ones fate as an immortal.
Satan's reign on earth, and temporary New World Order is designed to take as many as he can deceive into the bowels of hell with him the and the (1/3 fallen angels) demons.
Good and Evil
"Seek not death in the error of your life: and pull not upon yourselves destruction with the works of your hands. (Wisdom of Solomon; Apocrypha 1:12)".
"And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: (Romans 2:3-10)".
"For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)".
"That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (Titus 3:7)".
"Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.(James 2:19)".
"Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils. (1Corinthians 10:21)".
